India's top woman player Sania Mirza, who with her Russian partner Elena Vesnina won the women's doubles title at the Indian Wells, has risen 21 places in the doubles to be at 33th position.

In the singles, Sania is back in the top 100 after gaining eight places and is at 99th place.

In the men's doubles, India's Rohan Bopanna who with Pakistan's Aisma-ul-Haq Qureshi reached the semifinals at Indian Wells, has climbed four places to 15th position.

Veterans Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi, who reached the quarterfinals, are unchanged at fifth and seventh positions. —IANS
